was created by Ellen Weber from over 13 years of clinical experience, mentoring, and observing what consistently helps estheticians grow into trusted providers. Ellen built a six-figure aesthetic practice early in her career within a highly respected plastic surgery and medical spa setting and has maintained a consistently full schedule, often booked four to six months in advance.
While technical training provides the foundation for clinical practice, exceptional providers are developed through a combination of outstanding patient-centered care and a consistent framework for excellence. Program Length
- 12-week format (customized to the practice)
Group Development Sessions
- Seven Teaching Pillars
- Seven 50-minute group sessions
- Two sessions per month (or customized to the practice)
- Recorded for future onboarding and refresher training
Individual Mentorship
- Two 40-minute one-on-one coaching sessions per participant (up to eight estheticians)
- Participants will identify moments of uncertainty and challenges encountered in the treatment room to bring to the personalized coaching session for case review. These real-life experiences become opportunities to strengthen confidence, refine clinical thinking, and support continued growth.
